New to the region forum but I thought I'd post up some pics of the E24 my dad and myself will be working on this coming week.

Currently its a 1978 633 with the three horrible speed automatic transmission and thermal reactors on the exhaust manifold. It has 130000 miles and drives great. Picked it up last summer in Milwaukee and drove it back to Minneapolis.

Next week its going to get:

265 o/d trans
M90 dirty big six (roughly 40 more hp and torque)
Euro front bumper and valance

Hopefully in the future it will get the manual sport seats from a 79 635 that are collecting dust in the garage.

Are you bringing that guy to SE Sharkfest this year? If so, you'll be driving right past me.

Timing this year won't work out. Thats finals week for me in Michigan, and my last. I'm graduating this year so we are pushing pretty hard to get this project done.

I am planning on driving it to SE sharkfest next year though hopefully with the rest of the car finished. (Interior, etc.)
