I know there's a photography thread, but I'd rather just post these here until I do a nice photoshoot with the car. This one was quick and done with a Sony Alpha 100. Sony's are great camera's by the way...

I'm only 21 years old, so I thought this was a fitting picture. If your wondering how the hell a 21 year old has this car. It's because I started my own business. You can check us out at http://www.dnaimagery.com to support my quest of a Z8!...one day...one day...hehe

Stock rims...What's a good place for some new ones?

I'll do this car justice with a set up shoot...Maybe next week...

Nice shots, and beautiful car. I use an Alpha, too, and love it, tho the stock lens leaves a bit to be desired. Not the caliber of the Canon lenses I've used, or even the Zeiss lens of the earlier Sony model the Alpha replaced.

For rims, I've had the best luck (and generally see best prices) on Ebay. But Google BMW wheels, you'll turn up a few decent sites. Finishlinewheels.com has a pretty good selection of wheels for the Z, which you can search for by year. You might find something on Craigslist, too, if you're patient.

Thanks...I'll have some more pix later this week...

All the shots were taken with Sony's 18-250...Which is a great walk around lens btw. I don't have the cash to ante up for the ziess len's yet. I wish they would come out with a good constant 2.8 though.
