Ive asked everyone I know, including my dealer and BMWusa and they had no idea and actually told me they were hidden...BS!
But what I can see are these speakers...
2 driver door, 2 passenger door, 2 rear deck behind the seats, 2 subs under the front seats. missing 2 speakers
Why I am so worried is that every car I've seen and owned had speakers on the rear doors and this car for some reason does not. So, if there are supposed to be speakers there (i got the standard 10 speaker system), I am missing them. I also know the 2 subs under the seats are included within the 10.
Does anyone else who owns a 2008 328i or xi (with 10 speaker system) have speakers on their back doors?

I want to be able to complain if I am missing them because honestly, I cannot count 10 speakers, unless they are doubled up somewhere... PLEASE HELP, thanks in advance

usually there are 2 tweeters that are close to a pair of the front speakers, so they could be in the same enclosure thus you can't tell. My e36 has 10 speaker system but the tweeters were obvious right next to the speakers in the doors. I doubt BMW is cheating you for 2 speakers.

Speakers for L7 setup:
2- drivers door (woofer and tweeter)
2 - passenger door (woofer and tweeter)
1 - rear driver door
1 - rear passenger door
4 rear panel below rear glass (2 tweeter, 2 speaker)
2 - subwoofers.
1 - Center Speaker.

When I get a chance I will crawl around the car to look for the speakers.

thank you very much... it looks as if there were 2 encapsulated into one location. for example a small tweeter or treble speaker with a mid range. kinda like a 2-way i guess.
