I have an E34 I just purchased and need some guidance. I would like to put in a 5 speed from a 325/328I anyone done this? I also am in real bad need of a drivers seat...any color or condition as mine is completely fallen apart. I do not have much money for this project as I am building an E36 JP/ITR car. Any assistance is appreciated! BTW I have 2 Seda Revenge kayaks and a Cannondale Jeckyl 1000 mountain bike for trade...

zf310 (same as M3) transmission
Trans cross member
drive shaft
flywheel w/ used clutch (~20k)
A few shifter parts
Comes with used slave cylinder and most of the old bolts

you would need to purchase the wear items (flex disc, new bolts, hydraulic lines)
and the pedals (which are still cheap new)
and probably a differential

I paid alot for the kayaks and mtb...I could do the kayaks...I need to get more stuff. The kayaks retail for 3200+ each! I also paid 2400 for the cannondale...do you get to NC or FL often?

I dont but my family owns a freight company and we have a truck that goes to Florida every week. I also purchased a car down there i need to pick up anyways so i could probably do it all in one trip.
