So this problem has been occuring alot this winter, i start my car after school. Let it warm up a little bit, and drive home. Along the drive though, whenever i turn i can almost feel the suspension get rubbery. It whines loud too, not high pitched, kind of mellow. I can hear it in and outside of the car. Am i just low on power steering fluid? Or is there something else i should replace once in warms up. Also, after driving for quite some time the whine and feel go away, unless i take some sick sharp turns and its back again. Help please! thanks.

If the noise only happens when turning the steering wheel it is almost certainly from the power steering system. It could be low on fluid, and that would be the first thing to check, or the pump might be circling the drain.
