Hello all, I am new to the forums and am also barely starting to add a couple features to my 740iL. My current task is finding an exhaust that has a nice deep tone to it yet doesnt have that "can stuck in my bicycle tire" sound, nothing like the sound of rice rockets... I was thinking of the Magnaflow #14816, but I would like to hear suggestions from people who know more than I do. I would like to stick to magnaflow if possible. We have had it on our previous cars and they have never disappointed.
Thanks in advance and I hope to one day be able to compete with all these nice 7's.

ha, I like your style.

As mentioned before, remus is the "cheaper" option for upscale cat-backs on an e38.

Magnaflows are possible and many on here have chosen this exhaust.

The ultimate, however, is Eisenmann. I believe there are clips of all these on an e38 on youtube.

Oh man I seriously like that Eisenmann now... Are there any good flowmaster exhausts out there for e38's?

If you do a search, you'll find lots of information and even videos of the Magnaflows. I have them, and love the look and sound :cool

Yea, that is nice. I've watched tons of videos on the e39, etc. Does get the juices flowing, to keep on modding! :cool i.e. supercharger!
