97 M3 Luxury Coupe (manual, needless to say), Silver exterior, grey seats w/ black carpet interior. 155k miles.

Exterior is okay, some swirlmarks, small chip (~5) on hood. Slight dent in driver door (not a hard fold in sheet metal, it's a soft dent).

Interior is in good shape barring one tear on driver's side seat. Driver side power seat does not work when adjusting seat back. Manual seat release works, allowing access to back seat.

Suspension changed 100 miles ago, new tires 2,000 miles ago. New RSM's 3,000 miles ago. Bought car with Dinan V2 Exhaust, Dinan S1 chip, Dinan CAI. Further needs: subframe bushings, starter, RTABs,

I would have to agree with around $7000...if you replaced everything that needs to be replaced as well as fixed the dent in the door and the interior problems you could probably sell it for much more....just depends on how much work you are willing to put into it...

was the dent caused by and accident? that would probably be something good to include

Ah, no. Dent looks like a parking lot wound. Need a suction cup or maybe pull the door panel off to fix. Interior is just a leather restitch and maybe some leatherique on part of the front seats. Thanks for the estimates.
