:help sigh..... Has anyone stripped the threads in the aluminium head, that hold the valve cover down, I have four that won't hold anything now... which spawned an oil leak on the exhaust side. Therefore.......Has anyone found a solution to this problem..

You can helicoil them.

Remember, 89 inch-lbs (not FOOT lbs) is the torque spec.
