Hi, im having a couple of problems with my car running fast when idle and its kicking out quite a bit of white steam even after driving the car for a large distance. Im running it on unleaded fuel but hear that you should use lead replacment to compensate. Could this be causing the engine to rev high and create steam ?
Im pretty sure its nothing to do with the gaskets or seals as there is no evidence of water getting into the oil and the coolant level does not seem to be dropping(no performance issues either, car runs very smooth).
How do i turn the idle rev's down ? i hear its just a screw somewhere on the engine. If anyones got any idea's please give me a shout. Thanks
Dave
