Hi guys!! Can anyone tell me where the module is located that controls the windows, seats and mirrors. I was told that it was under the drivers seat, but when I removed it I didn't see anything that looked like a module to me. Your help would be GREATLY appreciated!!
Thanks in Advance

Behind the glove box. Glove box does not have to come out. You can remove the panel that's underneath the glove box and the module can be removed.

Without any context...its difficult to guide you in the right direction. Are you having an issue, and if so, what is it? You need to leave some type of details as to what is going on or happening.
As you can see...without "context"...bimmerfixer has indicated a module that controls what you asked...but there are other things that might be what you're seeking too...but you don't say what it is the "cause" of the info you're seeking.
It sounds (and I'm only making an assumption) like you are asking about the driver's seat switch which does have some affect on the seat, mirrors, and steering wheel column. That switch isn't actually UNDER the seat...but is located behind the large rectangular button that moves the driver's seat forward/aft, up/down...which is actually located BEHIND the plastic seat cover (surround).
For example, the pic below is the backside of the driver's seat switch (the one the large rectangular button attaches to) which as you can see is broken and is one of the reasons that many owners have a problem with their seat and steering wheel NOT moving. :) In fact, you can see the "ridges" of the button on the far left bottom below the switch.
