Curious if any E46 owners know what the top gear 70mph-100mph roll-on is (in seconds)?

How about any roll-on data. I am curious how the car compairs to mine.

Top gear roll-on 70-100 was about 6 seconds in 5th.

Roll-on 70-100 using 3rd and 4th was about 5 seconds. In this test I got from 70-90 in just 3 and took another 2 seconds to get to 100.

I am going to perfom some lower speed rollons as well.

I'll check it today...

6th gear - 7 seconds
4th gear - 4 seconds
3rd gear - 3 seconds

There is a great shop in San Diego (Extreme Motorsports SD) that does some incredible custom turbo and supercharger work for the M3. We are doing the ECU set ups for them. I think they are on the cutting edge.

I have toyed with the idea, but just to do it for fun, not for business purposes. The E36 TS stuff was dismal in that respect!

I know Kurt from the FI forum, just bought a V-box from them too!

Had an M3... it was replaced with the M Roadster. The M Roadster is lighter than the M3, but the M3 was more aerodynamically efficient. They should be in the same ball park.

custom e46m3 turbo? have they done one yet?

Considering the time spent at the 1/4 versus real world driving conditions, I'll deal with that ever so slight issue.
