PRICE LOWERED TO $6800

This BMW Z3 started its life in Germany, owned by a middle age mechanical engineer. He obtained a position at TRW automotive in Mesa AZ, and had his car imported. The car was meticulously maintained, resulting in receipts for the entire history of the vehicle. Every wear item has been replaced at great cost by the dealer. There are receipts for every wear item; the suspension being replaced from bushings to struts. The timing chain, guides and shoes was prematurely replaced when the headgasket was done. There is a new waterpump, thermostat, and associated gaskets. The tires are near new, as well as the brake pads and rotors. A new catalytic converter was installed at a huge cost by the dealer. The stitching and the plastic window in the top was replaced, and the receipts go on and on. The car was sold to me as his coworker as he was leaving the country for a new position in Switzerland. The car does have some mileage(mainly stemming from a commute from Scottsdale to Mesa everyday on the freeway; 100miles round trip), however I trust this example much more than a lower mileage sample as a result of its meticulous care. For storage there is a car cover and tonneau cover for the top. If there is a question as to the receipts I will happily scan them for you.
The car drives like a new car, with the only blemishes stemming from road rash over the years. It is still a stunning car to look at with the normal rock chips and small dings every car experiences in its lifetime. Fun to drive and ready for another 200,000 miles. Nothing beats a ragtop for those sunny days, especially a sharp handling BMW that gets 30 miles per gallon. The car becomes and extension of your senses, and if I had the room I would keep it. Garage space is an issue with me right now and my restored 1969 Camaro takes the cake.
Very Low Reserve!!!
More pictures here of BMW and any other stuff that may catch your eye for sale.
