I bought a really great super high volume portable Air compressor at Costco 48.99 + tax. Tried it out on my son's tires & it worked great. It came with a neat cloth carrying case with zipper compartments. The air hose screws directly on to the valve so you don't have to hold it. They also have it on Amazon for 62.04 with free shipping. It is small enough to carry in your trunk. Check it out model MV50 by Q industries (I didn't check if the Amazon one came with the carring bag).

Nice, I got one from target for 30 bucks. It has a flashlight built in. It is a little slow, but it is very compact and works great at the track.

No carring bag though.
