I'll be cleaning and securing the main grounds and was wondering: can I put GB Ox-Guard anti oxidant compound for aluminum connections at the output terminal on my alternator?

I want to promote conductivity and guard against oxidation (haha from the box).

no idea what that is.

I use dielectric grease. Failing that, & on battery terminals only, vasoline.
