My 2001 X5- 3.0 engine light is on, with dtc 227 and dtc 228 ( O2 sensors adaptation problem ). Any idea how to fix??? THANKS.

mixture adaptations are probably from an intake leak. check your intake boot elbow, right on the backside where the smaller part branches off to the idle valve. a mirror and a flashlight work great because you don't have to take anything off to look at it.
