Wicked C.A.S. who did the system in my father's M3, has told me that they would like to host a meet for all of us. One of the owners has said he would be willing to provide food, drinks, a DJ, etc. All we need to do is show up. This place does very good custom audio work, and will be showcasing some of their products. So who's interested? It would be sometime in the coming months when it gets warmer.

I'm serious, I can probably find out tomorrow. And it probably wouldn't be til after the 15th, when it gets warmer outside.

Wicked will be able to sell and install systems, subwoofer enclosures, etc. during the meet. The owners have no problem hosting a large meet either, we could do 100+ cars if we get enough interest.

The more people the better. The only thing we need is a date, which will mostly likely be the end of April/early May, and bummers to show up. I'll try to see if I can get some of the Bavarian Autosport guys to come too. I know I can probably get some of the Dinan guys to come too.

For an example of what knid of work they do, here's a link to the double din setup they did in my father's E46 M3:

We'll get more pictures of his full system up when his car get's put back on the road (once the salt trucks go away).

I'll be in Florida for the TPC the second weekend in May, so that one won't work either, but if this is something you plan on doing periodically throughout the summer/fall, I'll definitely make it.

There's definitely a possiblity of multiple meets, but that possibility will be vastly increased based on the showing at the initial meet. The more people that show, the better the meet, and the more frequently they can occur.

Yeah right I wish, all the other people who drive bimmers are stupid rich kids who drive them for the symbol on the hood, everyone else who cares about their cars hates on me for having a bimmer , I live in a tiny farm town everyone here except for a few people like mustangs or rice whips or trucks, im shit out a luck with any bimmer love:(

what you need is a supercharger for your car. that'll shut every one of those haters up.

usually if I'm around and there is some BMW thing going on I try to stop by.

with my crazy hectic life I'm pretty non-commital, but I tend to pop up for local stuff.

Good enough for me, I really want to see that E30 Touring!

You and me both! Still at the body shop. Don't think anything has been done except front bumper removal (which I did myself last week).

I'm hoping to have it by April 1. My iX is starting to cry oil and needs a valve adjustment. Her 230,000 miles is starting to show as she is now the DD (hasn't been my DD in 2 years).

The Touring will be the DD once I get her back so you'll see it plenty!

At least until the real estate market pics up again and I have money to blow, then I can get the damn 135i and that'll be the DD with the stupid E30's being garage queens!!

Okay, so it looks like we're setting the date to Sunday, April 20th, we are also wanting to have a cruise after the meet. Show time will be 10:00AM to 3:00PM, and cruise time will be at around 4:00PM. Some of the other local groups may be there as well. As stated before, food and drinks will be provided, all you have to do is show up and bring your friends! There will e some surprise giveaways as well. It's basically going to be a big get together to start the season off early. Here's how past shows have turned out:
