hello...
Which parts I need to change on car/engine for good and reliable work with supercharger? Power arround 450hp at crank. Idealy, if you can write some preliminary price list for this project. I have euro motor s50b30. I want to enginu be good for next 50.000-70.000miles after upgrade.

Prices for supercharger kits is low at this thays when $ is weak.

thanks

It is better if you would change your way to Turbocharger...

just an MLS head gasket and ARP head studs will be ample for only 450 fly hp, US M3 engine parts, including head gaskets and supercharger kits will not fit our euro engines, make sure what you get is made for non US M3

do you tell me that stock internal engine parts (new orig. bmw oem parts for rebuilding) will survive 450hp for 60.000 miles?

why us m3 supercharger kit dont fit euro motor?

As for 60.000mile use you need Turbocharger since you control the boost.
but with Supercharger you need high boost for 450hp which forcing the engine all the time.

Supercharger or turbocharger kits for S50US don’t fit in European version of S50B30 because this is completely different engine.
I have 3.5mm MLS head gasket (The Cometic has started producing head gaskets for euro S50 recently.) and ARP 11mm (don't buy 10mm) head studs and no problems so far. I have ~380 HP and 440 Nm at 0.4bar of boost in euro S50B30.
A reliability of your setup would depends on tuning which is the most important. Depends on your financial budged, if I were you I would buy forged pistons to be more safe. Stock connecting rods are good for roughly 550 HP.
If turbocharged stock S50B30/B32 engine, the weakest parts of the stock engine are piston rings and piston ring-lands. Cracked piston ring-lands are very common on stock cast pistons.
