I have been thinking about getting into riding again. Okay again would be the equivalent to starting all over again. Strictly cruising,commutting and adventure. Not really into the sport bike thing,well thats not entirely true. I should say That not the kinda bike I want or need now. So if you do what do you have? Why? Please post pics

I have both a Cruiser and a super sport tourer. The cruiser is a 2004 Yamaha VStar 1100. I got it to get back into riding after a 2 decade layoff. Its a great bike for its class, well supported by the aftermarket. I've customized it quite and bit and while its a fun city cruiser, and commuter, its not a very good two-up bike and it handles like, well, a cruiser.
So, last fall I got a 2008 Kawasaki Concours 14. It is sporty enough that you need to be respectful when twisting your wrist, but it also is comfortable for long trips. Its a big bike, that goes fast, handles well, and gets you there in style. Kinda like my 7s. :)

No, I meant XV1100. The XVS would be nice but this is all I had the cash for at the time. No pics but it's very similar to this.

06 Goldwing 20k on it so far one owner, me. Many other bikes from conventional, cruiser and crotch-rocket. GSXR, FJ, DS, CB, Virago, Venture. Love the speed but Im getting a bit fat to crouch and I only have a left leg so I need anti lock integrated brakes to MASH when I want to stop. I say the same thing to any one that wants to ride a Bike "Lets go shopping"
