I have the TMS E36/E46 Adjustable Rear Camber Arms for sale. Used on my 97 m3/4 before it was totalled. These survived and are in near excellent condition, there is a bit of metal scoring at the bushing bolt end, just from normal use and being used. The scoring is at the bottom of the "U" where it says turner, that 90 degree corner is chipped a bit, doesn't effect the part at all, just pointing out, they are used. These are the rod style.
