talk about a challange.....I was driving to Abu Dhabi yesterday and caught up to a 750I on the UAE AutoBahn.:lol

This 750 would not move when i flashed he just punched it. I didnt downshift below 5th that time and my midrange is a little lacking in-between 4-5 after pulling the cats and muffler. I chased hit to 220kph that time. After the next radar camera (starting at 150kph or 95mph) i dropped it to 4th and we both flew, thru 5th and into 6th upto 240kph (150mph) and this thing was still pulling hard. It was dead even till i let off the gas at 240 since the road is not super smooth and with my KW's i was slammin all over the place, it was like being in a plane with bad turbulance. I dont have additional downforce yet so i didnt want to become airborn :P

I would have to say, the 750I is a nice peice of machinery....but for 100grand it better be!

I would like to have done a standing start just for kicks.

I just moved to Doha like a week ago. Left the BMW at home :mad

Got a rental, Chevy Optra 1600. Quite neat but still getting used to LHD and driving on the RHS of the roads here. Damn crazy drivers here :eyecrazy

Will hopefully be visiting Dubai soon.

That is only on the track, i will be desiging a carbon intake box (sealed from the underhood heat) that will pull fresh air from the foglight assy area and by the grille opening so that there is plenty of breathing room. But the chances i will turbo are greater then wasting time on this since most of the competition at the track are Evos, Skylines, and 996-997 gt3 and twins...

I miss Sheihk Zayed road.. Got the M5 to 270 kmh often.
