So the sun shade jammed the other day so I removed the glass and took the headliner shade out. It was out for a few days till I got the parts, the glass ran fine, flawlessly. I replaced the plastic slides/clips reinstalled the headliner bit, now the glass slides just fine the cartridge was replaced a while ago. Now the healiner bit is stiff to move I greased the slides and all, it's so stiff that when I close it from full back open it stops, ya know the saftey stop so you don't chop someones head off... Has anyone else had this problem after rebuilding the slides?? Let me know....

The dealer shipped replaced mine and they had to re do everything parts alone were over 800.00 I think they put a new track on the sunroof. But what started it all was the shade.

Yes I saved the system by removing the headliner shade, the glass runs fine, but the shade is hard to slide back and forth.
