Yo..I just found out there's a local track (private) around S Austin. www.drivewayaustin.com. I'll be all over it if they are renovating to be a 1.8 miles road course. Anyone here drive on the track yet?

Are the updates to the track done yet? The original track was kinda small for cars, but I do know that they had cars on it occasionally.

I talked to the owner Bill D today. He said they finnished paving the track for the GP course. Plan is to finnished the paddock and garage in the next 60 days. He drove the W coasts tracks ie. LSeca and THill so the 14 turns should have the corkscrew and blindturn corners...should be a blast to drive. There is no membership fee like Harrishill so that's a plus. Can't wait!!!

Only bad part is it's close to Austin's neighborhood so noise is a factor. Nothing over 90db. There's go my plan for the straightpipe:)
