I am in need of a 99 M3 but a 95 to 98 coupe with vaders and no Lux packege will do. Preferably under 115k miles and I can spend up to $12 - 13k. Idc if mods have been done to the car. Paint needs to be clean as well as interior, not show quality but not horrible. Also needs to be an east coast car since i live in MARYLAND and do not want to pay for shipping.
