I had this site recommended to me by a co worker. He bought their brakes for his Dodge Ram @ 5 months ago and is very happy with them.

Anyone here tried these brakes on their BMW?

I will probably buy a set for the e36 before I sell it. But I'm waiting for the verdict before I do a brake job on the touring.

Contact ImportRP on here, they are a vendor. I'm willing to bet you can get just as good a price from one of our vendors. At the very least check the pricing. Thats who I got my pads/rotors from (except my HT-10's, which I bought from Harrison).

PM Vincent with bimmerzone. His name on here is bimmerzone

185 SHIPPED for 4 blanks and they are track tested :) 2 events on the rotors. If you are looking at the axxis ultimates he can get those also and it will be the cheapest.

Tell him M3alpine99 sent you.

I just had a good experience with www.rmeuropean.com. I forget what the pricing was but it was the best I found for E36 M3 pads and rotors and they have free shipping.

You can also try Chuck Taylor's Factory 3 Performance. The man knows e30s.

shoot, 75$ for 4 rotors and 95$ for axxis ults from brakeplanet? Doing my brakes for 170$?? That's crazy cheap, almost worth the experiment..

Brakeplanet.com are a bumch of ripoff artists.

I order Rotors and pads from them for another vehicle on 15 April. they charged my credit card. I received an email from them stating that it would take 7-10 days as they were backed up. Great... i can wait I thought. A couple of weeks later, I call them. Oh,.. we got your rotors but they were shipped to the plater for the zinc-plate... we have everything else though. Okay,.. I agree to wait.
a week later,.. I call again to check status. No answer by Customer service. i leave a message to call me back as I am leaving the area for a bit. No callback. i call from my destination and get told that they were back and would ship that day. Great!... I get no tracking number... I call,.. no customer service... leave message. this goes on for about a week... I call today and after 5 calls,.. 2 of which I am hung up on... I finally get a "we have everything but the pads... they'll take a few days to get".
So,. I have been lied to at least 2x,.. they said initially they head everthing but my rotors needed plating,.. they don't return calls... but they have no issue with taking my money right away.

I sadly did not check them out and after after doing a few google searches... I have found a TON of complaints about them doing all of this to several other customers... great company huh?

As a business owner,.. there's one thing I always lived by,.. if someone pays you for a service,.. you provide that service to the best of your ability... if you cannot,.. you DO NOT take their money and hold it.

I have contacted my bank and filed a non-receipt of goods complaint. i have also contacted the BBB in CA (they're in Santa Clarita) and filed a complaint there.

If it is not resolved within 48 hours,.. I have my attorney file legal charged against them,.. of fraud to begin with.

Yeah after reading all that crap about brakeplanet on the internetz, I bought my stuff from Toeout performance.. Their everyday prices were much better than the prices quoted in the groupbuy threads from the vendors here on the forums, including importRP and the others. I got my parts in less than a week and never had a problem.
