hey wanted to say there are some really knowlegable ppl in here and a lot of good work being done , so I figured I'd ask the pros on this info, for a possible future build. All im looking for really is yes or no; if it can be or can't be done......its' a two parter so ill post the first question then ill come back to the post in a day or two to let ppl answer and the n post the second.

the first ....I have a 99 z3 m coupe w/ an s52........
.I want to know if I can have a turbo sys that will get me 500+whp
.useing 91 octane (no real need for octane boosters)
.use as a daily driver
.and reliability(not haveing to worry about anything major breaking)

look forward to responses.......although I have general knowlege of FI sys. I am still a "noob"......so please be nice, just here to learn:D

kool thanx..the other question is that I have 2 ecu's in my hands, one stock one with dme deleted and tuned for some other n/a parts...........would I be able to have one ecu tuned with the turbo sys for my aggresive or daily driveing and have the other tuned so that it would pass the smog sniffer?, this is with 500+whp and all the goodies that ill need to run that hp.

First, ECU = DME, you're probably thinking about EWS delete.

Second, there is no need for a "clean" tune with the right tuner. At light loads and a cat, your car will be very similar to NA as far as emissions.

Look up Mcoupe turbos, NickG did a 500whp Estoril Blue Mcoupe back in the day. It was the first 500whp car I ever rode in and it felt like stock until he floored it. :)
