Hi, this is my first post, so I'd thought I'd start it off with a noob question.
I just recently got a 94 325i and I noticed that there was a hose missing from the tiny pipe that comes out of the valve cover area towards the front of the engine. I was wondering, where does it attach to? I assumed that it attaches to the plastic piece in the intake manifold that leads to the ICV, but I just wanna make sure. I would post a pic of it but I'm not allowed to yet.

It sounds like you're on the right track. That's a vacuum leak you got there, so fix it soon.

The part that i assume it attaches to is part 9 in ENGINE -> INTAKE MANIFOLD section. Thanks for providing the diagrams.
