have you seen Jeffs for $22k? The market is VERY soft for e46 M3's and this is the time to buy a vert. Head over to e46fanatics.com...you'll have much better luck

what he said. The E46 M3 market is a steal right now. This is by far my favorite BMW I've owned so far. (E30 318, E30 325,E32 750iL, E39 540, E36 328, E36 M3, E53 X5, E36 318)

strong buy on these right now. I think I can drive mine for 6-8 months and sell it for what i paid for it after the sticker shock of the new M3 hits.

beautiful car (my favorite color) if it was for me, I would take it w/o thinking about it, but his parental units want something around 50k and he really wants a vert.
