Posted this in the employment section as well.. Now that the weather is shaping up, I'm open to some private work (I am currently a detail manager at a dealership).

As I mentioned, I can provide: wetsand, high speed buff, severe acid rain removal, headlight reconditioning, bare alum. polishing (can strip and polish if needed), full interior details.. Basically anything and everything.. I have 5+ years experience and plenty of references. I use quality products, 3M, menzerna, blackfire and meguiars. I can promise you won't be dissapointed.

Prices range from $20 wash to $250 complete inside/out reconditioning. Satisfaction guaranteed.

Shop is in Dallas, but I could also work at my home in Marietta.

MODS: If this needs to be moved, so be it.. But I am not a vendor, just trying to help some folks out due to the water ban

I work strictly by estimate.. none of my prices are set. I was just throwing a range out there. If you are doing a full wet-sand/cut/polish seal and a full interior detail for $185 then you are seriously selling yourself short to be the best detail shop in Savannah. Again, prices BY ESTIMATE!

I was giving you a compliment on the price, thats good money. I usually charge by estimate too, so i totally understand. Savannah and ATL are two different demographics, so you price accordinally.

you're joking with this right? I mean.. I haven't washed my car in months... I'm starting to like that "homeless guy" sheen :(

Damn water restrictions... Damn them to HELL!

I might give you a buzz when my car is running again. My paint needs MAJOR help. The interior is almost brand new so that doesn't need any work.

Its hard to say without seeing it in person, but wetsanding will remove some fairly moderate scratches.

The moron who owned the car before me, spray painted the edges of the hood because it was a little oxidized. I've tried a little paint thinner, but it didn't help. I'm thinking wetsanding might take it off, but I'm too scared to try and do it myself.

Have you tried claying it? I've heard that clay can be used to safely remove over-sprayed paint. :ponder

But thinner? Ye gads, no. :help
