Alright well when i first got my car i brought it to a local car cleaner and they did a mini detail and it came out GREAT!
So this time when i did it i figured i would save some money and do it myself, told my dad i wanted to do it and he got some polish, wax and other stuff... Everything came out great, BUT
on the hood, roof, and trunk where there could be rock chips and other stuff, it seems that either the wax got stuck in or something, now they are covered with white dots.... here are some pictures

the doors and everything else came out great, but i don't know what went wrong here, my theory was it got stuck deep into the paint where there are bumps and chips but wouldn't thing there were this many, any ideas or suggetions? thanks
PS i just got it cleaned and no difference

i remember a while ago, someone was saying to remove wax from moldings they would use the eraser from a pencil :shifty. quite tedious, but you could give it a shot on the chips...I'm honestly not sure if that would work, but it wont hurt :)

HmsM3 is correct, just bought the turtle wax, I have a 2000 E46 Orient Blue. I had similiar paint chips as you do. Short of repainting it seems to be the best way to cover it. It comes with a tube of black "lipstiick" which fills in deep stuff.

Give it a try, it takes more time but will cover it.

O.O A TW product that is worth using!?

Next time, I would recommend using a wax doesn't does not dry white. One of my favorite waxes for that is Eagle One NanoWax.
