I had just typed up alot and hit the wrong button :( so here i go ill just do this short way.
I'm Alek I'm 13 but people say that i know quite alot for my age about cars lol
The car is a 1978 BMW 633CSi That we bought for 1000 $ We have spent alot of time and money on the car just fixing it up and it still isnt in fair condition :s new parts include:
New Radiator, Alternator, Brake master cylinder, Alot of parts on the engine i cant name of the top of my head and alot more stuff
The car is in pretty bad condition :( which really sucks because it makes my dad want to sell it and the galant to buy a 87- 89 Sixer but i like the 633s a little more for some reason but anyway the car needs some important parts right now so its not being driven that much :( it needs:
New shocks (front and back)
New Tires (i think)
New brake lining (for the read brakes and Handbrake)
to have the timing adjusted then maybe it will idle better
And new rear rotors
Thats all folks also don't hate me because of my age until you know me.
Thanks And thank you for reading :)

No one here is going to hate you because of your age. I'm glad that you are interested in old 6ers instead of rice wagons (then I probably would hate you). So, what is so wrong with the car? Is is rusted out? To me, that would be the only reason to get rid of it. There aren't very many old 6ers around (E-12 based ones). I think you should keep it and fix it up. Aftermarket parts are harder to find, but the main stay things are out there. Nothing on your list would be hard to find.

Thanks for the comment and advice.

I hate rice wagons to start with. Hell I didnt finish Need for speed Underground 2 because i didnt wanna rice cars out. Anyway the car is for sale because we just cant afford to keep fixing it up plus the fact that my dad is disapointed because the car cant go over 96mph. Adding on to the fact that my dad will hate any car that doesn't have original paint.(asshole) But i personaly LOVE the E-12 BMWs and I am proud of having a E-12 based 6er :)

Well, so, tell me, where in the good old U. S. of A. can you legally drive 96mph? Hmmm, thought so. Your list is cheap as far as fix-up things are concerned. Oh, did I mention that your car is rather rare with cloth interior?
Here is another way to look at the whole thing: You are only 13, you can't even drive yet. My son is 22 and finally growing a brain. As I have told him time and time again, "There are other cars and you have your life ahead of you to find them. Be patient".
(I do think your dad is being a bit hasty)

So the 6ers did come with cloth interior? Ohs I thought the previous owner had put them in. And you can drive 96 Wherever there isnt cops :D

there will be other cars, i have a 633 and would much rather have a 635, but i'm making do with what i have

and btw, that car is NOT in bad shape -- it looks like it has a solid body and a pretty nice interior, i'd be an easy car to work with -- i'm sure it will find a good home :D
