it will physically bolt up, however I am unsure what driveshaft/clutch would be needed to work with an s52 in an e36 chassis.

that is true. i wonder if the UUC clutch I have will work. im sure i could get my stock driveshaft modified to work.

Very unique parts in the 335i. Nothing that ever goes into an E36 for clutch would work.

We might be able to put something together but have not looked into it just yet.
