Would this be a bad idea. I really like my 633 and I prefer black leather to tan. I don't have new door card etc etc...just the full seat set and the rear panels. Here are some pics... of my car now tell me what you think.

I think it would look great. It would match the dash and the top half of the rest of the interior. If you wanted you could always dye your existing parts all black to match the seats with VHT pentrating black vinyl dye.

I'm not sure you'd need to change the door cards - you already have the two tone thing working there.

Strange that you have a combination of nutria trim (which is pretty rare) but the dash and top sills are black.

That is a very strange and (in my opinion) unattractive combination you have there. I think the dash and upper panels must have been nutria at one point and were changed to black. I think changing the seats to black and especially dying the door panels black would look great. Black and brown is still an unusual combination but it will look good.

A black dash isn't that strange. I've seen at least one Nutria 633 that had a black dash - obviously replaced at some point. The Nutria dashes are NLA, so anyone replacing the parts through a dealer would end up with black.

Youd be able to pull the black and tan off easier with black and pearl beige. I had pearl beige in my car, and still have a lot of pearl beige stuff if you are interested in it. Let me know what you think.
