I don't think you can - though I'm not sure if the booster seat requires a LATCH installation.

The X5 (we've ordered an E70, but I think the same is in the E53) only has LATCH anchors on the outboard seating positions - which means a max of two infant/child car seats.

Bringing this back from the dead, as I'm wondering the same thing. I don't think having only two sets of LATCH anchors means anything, necessarily. Plenty of big SUV's these days have LATCH only in the outboard locations. If the seat fits, it can be secured with the seat belt.

-If- it fits. Anyone?
