ok, i know this isnt a bimmer, but i figured someone might want a DD. or know somone that might know someone who might want this.
this was my grandpa's car. he passed away last year and my grandma said she wants me to sell the car.

its a 97 oldsmobile 88
white with blue cloth
97,xxx miles
almost new tires
brand new battery

its starts right up, and runs like a champ. it was driven by a grandpa, so its probably never broken 60mph. its always had the oil changed and service done when needed. ive been driving it a bit latley, and it runs/drives great. it would make a great daily driver car... i have a 4 runner though, and i need to get this out of the driveway. ive got pictures of everything from the tires to the odometer if anyone is interested. the paint is in really good shape aside from some cracks on the front bumper. the interior is in great shape, no cracks in the dash, the seats are super clean no stains or anything.
some pictures....

Trade in on Kelly Blue Book say 2125.00 in good condition, at auction probably around 1500. If you are interested in selling it at around 2000.. I might be interested. You might be better off just keeping it for a second car. Either way, good luck with the sale.

well, i wasnt exactly expecting to get 4500 but you have to start high... i looked at KBB or some other site i dont even remember. trade in might be 2125, but im not trading it in... it might go for 1500 at an auction but this isnt an auction. my dad took it to carmax, i think they offered him more than 2000.
i would like to get 3500 if i can.

Its coming along. It has been fun to drive some up until lately when I sold the 4 lug wheels to get ready for the DS2's and 5 lug swap. It is going under the knife for all of that plus adding huge sway bars and camber plates along with some other little bits and pieces to the suspension. After that it is off to paint and body for some light body work and full respray. Hopefully it will be ready by May.

nice, just in time for some summer fun. i took mine out to the dragon last week. it was cold, but there was almost 0 traffic.

what color are you going to paint it?

It is going back black(schwarz). I am not changing colors but it is beyond fixing. It would shine up great but the fact some idiot buffed through the factory finish to the primier coat along fender edges and even on flat surfaces just screams repaint to me. That and the fact it has several dings and one BIG dent where the antenna is that has to be fixed.

Yeah I hoping it will be in time for a lot of summer fun.

I might be in the market for 2 more DS2's in 8.5" if you know of any deals somewhere...LMK
