What gains can be expected from it? And why are you selling it? Also, does it mess with the on board computer at all?

Here is the power gains straight from Dinan's website

1993-95 Production
Peak Horsepower Gain: 18 @ 6000 rpm
Peak Torque Gain: 20 lb/ft @ 4000 rpm

Selling it because I am building a s52 motor and I don't need it. No it wont mess with your OBC

I'm sort of new to the Bimmer scene. Is the installation just plug and play? Do I have to change my injectors, intake and or exhaust for it to work properly. I can't find any info on their site, if you could provide a link I'd appreciate it.

Installation is relatively easy. You must remove the DME "Computer" from your car. If your looking from the front of you car it is locate on the left/passenger side of the car. There are 3 or 4 screws holding a cover over it. Once that is off you simply undo the wiring harness and pull out the DME. Once that is done there are 4 metal tabs that unbend. You can now open the DME. Just take out the old chip and put in the new one. My first time ever attempting this took me 20 mins.

Here is a great writeup and it has pictures. It is very simple. Just a matter of a few screws.

After looking at the last picture, what is funny is they even install a Dinan chip lol
