:helpMy 2002 X5 has 70k and when I select drive or reverse while I am holding the car with the brakes on the whole car vibrates pretty bad. If I apply gas and brake in drive or reverse the engine pulls smoothly. If I shift into park or nuetral it idles perfectly fine. The dealer wants to sell my a vibration dampner for a grand! What part is that exactly, where is it located on the car, and is this a common issue with these models? Please someone help I don't have a ton of money to throw at the problem! :help

never experienced this problem before. would have to see/hear/feel it to diagnose.
