The Nebraska Region will be holding our first RallyCross of the 2008 season at Mid-America Motorplex in Pacific Junction, IA on Sunday, February 17th. Please join us at Mid-America Motorplex (MAM) for the "Frost Bite" RallyCross.
registration, course walking, drivers meeting, etc. from 09:00-11:00, first car off at 11:00.

I'm the event master for this event, I'm promising lots of seat time, and a fast course that should make for a nice season-opener. With luck, there will be snow on the ground, and lots of sliding around
All region's competitors are welcome; PM me, in advance, if you'll be traveling.
Of course, the event is subject to cancellation if the course is too wet.
If Tony brings out the EVO IX, I'll be co-driving with him and we'll both be offering ride-a-longs to anyone interested and has signed the waiver.
Jon
AlarmedBread 01-31-2008, 05:00 PM Sweet! I'll definitely be there for a ride along, maybe even run if there aren't too many harsh transitions.
GotCone? 01-31-2008, 06:11 PM at MAM there will be a couple over some broken asphalt paths that you will likely be too low for. I wouldn't recommend it w/ your car. I'd feel bad if you broke/trashed something.
Dark Helmet 01-31-2008, 06:46 PM hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm... the Jeep would be a lot of fun...

AlarmedBread 02-19-2008, 11:46 PM Pretty much, except it was worse for your paint on BHR because of all the asphalt. I've got mud spatter on my roof too though. :)
powellsd 02-19-2008, 11:50 PM now that takes talent to get mud on your roof. I thought i did pretty good getting it on the mirrors.
GotCone? 02-20-2008, 11:57 AM you car isn't nearly dirty enough to have been at this event.
Magilla 02-20-2008, 12:21 PM You call that dirty?

I should probably consider mudflaps next time :redspot
topdown323 02-20-2008, 07:10 PM that just means you went through a big mud puddle. i have mud on the roof of my nissan from normal driving.
AlarmedBread 02-20-2008, 07:48 PM Yeah, but us city folk are used to driving around on paved roads, not cattle tracks. :D
topdown323 02-21-2008, 12:26 PM you know what a cattle track is? i'm impressed...:D
