I'm very new to this Forum and BMW's.
I would like to know what options there are to get more power into my 84 E30 318i Coupe. Is there any motors that will fit into my car easterly? I was hoping that I could get a 6 into it or a hi tech 4 with little work to install. Failing that another way to get this car really going with good?

Please help me! There is a BMW 318is engine for sale on ebay. Will this fit easily into my 85 E30 318??

The m20 six is fitted by bmw in the 325i and the m42 4 cylinder from the '91 318is will also fit. I can't tell you what you would need to fit either, I'm not an e30 guy.

I recommend doing a turbo kit
e30tech.com has a lot of guys who are running 12s and puching 355rwhp on the m10 motor. Turbo would be your cheapest/easiest option I think the guy on e30 tech's name is good and tight or something like that. good luck
