That'll teach him. SpunkyE30nOk 01-29-2008, 07:17 PM yea...he has to pimp a corolla instead of a bmw w a "v6" damn the luck those are some rare S.o.Bs E34N 01-29-2008, 07:23 PM Haha.. good for him... bjmitts 01-29-2008, 07:34 PM That's a good parent! Slacker kids don't deserve cars like these cant hit bombz 01-29-2008, 07:37 PM I wish when i was a kid my parents would have even considered buying me a car....i worked my arse off for my first one...but it made me respect it a whole lot more cause i knew what it took to get it. This kid would have probably just run the hell out of it and wrapped it around a pole or something Mathes330ci 01-29-2008, 07:43 PM hahaha sammyg007 01-29-2008, 07:45 PM It depends on what year corolla he's gonna be getting. If he's getting a newer corolla he'll find great mpg and low maintenance. By the tone of the mom's voice, he's probably getting a '92 corolla. hahaha. ringle 01-29-2008, 07:53 PM stupid kid I think "American_M5" was a stupid kid. E34N 01-29-2008, 08:21 PM Too bad we couldn't get him to join the forums and rub salt on his wounds.. Blauanzug 01-29-2008, 08:24 PM a "V6" wow thats really rare it should be worth millions...... "Telescopic steering wheel" right with the airbag it is about 1 inch. Binjammin 01-29-2008, 09:01 PM I'm pretty sure I saw an ad that was worded almost exactly the same on a CL here in CT. Be wary, it may very well be a scam. CleanE34 01-29-2008, 10:03 PM damn. that kid has bad grades and still gets a car? wtf. how nice are his parents? my parents would kill me if i failed anything. Qsilver7 01-29-2008, 10:55 PM I think "American_M5" was a stupid kid. I guess someone has to be the example of what not to do and how not to act...hindsight being 20/20 I''m sure his parents are asking themselves lots of questions...like why did they allow him to drive an 08 M5 after getting 4 tickets in the last 2 years and even driving on a suspended license at one time. Uh, uh, uh... and after the forum members tried to warn him after he asked for instructions on how to get the fastest setting and disable DSC... Here's pics of the runway...you can see how it was elevated on the end where they crashed. And the sad thing is...if they had been going the other direction...that end of the airstrip isn't elevated and they would have just ran into a field...again, they were still going fast and it could have flipped...but perhaps there was a chance for one of the 5 to survive. Neither of them must be able to spell. ladiesman217 01-29-2008, 11:18 PM It depends on what year corolla he's gonna be getting. Ahh a Geo Prizm... wife just got a 94. same exact car as a corolla except the radio, alternator, and radiator... even built on the same assembly line. (shhh... don't tell the Toyota faithful!!!). |
