I need to remove my rear side panels. I removed the inserts and removed the torex screw in the rear of the panel but how does the panel and the top part where top sets come off. I don't want to break any thing!! I have already replaced a lot!!:help

the top of the panel fits the same way the fronts do i think, small tabs on the panel slot into metal clips on the body seam, you just need to pry them away.
for example. stand at the side of the car facing into the back, you need to pry the panel gently towards the opposite side of the car, make sure you remove the door seal first, their may be more grommets/screws

no no no there are L brackets that face he rear of the car. push them forward. they will move an inch or so and come straight out. prying straight out will break off the L pieces

I have had mine off several times. Be careful pulling them, it kind of a up and out movement to get them off. I am in need of the passenger side rear insert. It was broke when I bought and does not stay in very well. If anyone knows where one is at for sale....shoot me a message.

isnt that for the inserts and not the whole rear panel??

Was thinking that too.

The inserts just slide out to the front. Just do it gently to not brake the clips. (specially if you have leather inserts).

I am in the process of installing a hardtop. I finished installing the electrical, but can't seem to get the driver's side rear panel (the whole thing) back in no matter what I try. I would like to not break it. Please help.
