1997 M3 4dr automatic white with grey leather. NO engine, transmission, engine harness, computer, driveshaft or rear diff. All else is complete AC etc has not been removed or opened.

UPDATE, I failed to mention but are clearly shown in the pictures, the car has 4 BMW LTW wheels, 2 7.5 fronts and 2 8.5 rears. all 4 are in great condition with no dings, curb rash etc. They are worth a 3rd of what I am asking for the whole car.

!!!!!!!!please pay attention to this!!!!!!!

There are NO DIBS, no holding, nothing. A cash NON refundable deposit or MONEY IN HAND are the only 2 ways I will hold and state the item is sold. Too many times someone claims "I am on the way" to never be heard of again.

If someone has concerns about me, the seller, many people on this forum, owners of several BMW tuner companies, club racers, CCA officials can vouch for knowing me, racing with/against me, many folks who I have instructed, 10yr cca member etc. References are not hard to find by any stretch.

I bought this car in MS BEFORE Katrina. It was a flood car out of Mobile AL, it appeared to have about 2-3inches of water on the inside, no rust anywhere on the body. Car has a inspected and rebuilt LA title, which means that if one were to CHOOSE to make this car a street car, it would not require a inspection as technically it has already been inspected.

Let me be clear, this car would need a interior etc if one were to use it as a street car.

I bought the car with intentions of building a track car out of it and just have never found the time to get started.

$3000 located in NE Atlanta, delivery possible within 300 miles, you pay mileage.

WILL NOT PART OR SELL ANY PARTS, WHEELS etc. CAR WILL BE SOLD AS IS, WHOLE CAR.

The car has no motor in it. So the front end will be sitting up. Thats a lot of weight missing......

Sorry, the car has no motor, transmission so with that 500-700lbs out of it, she will sit a bit high in the front.

Also forget to mention.

According to carfax and what I checked when I bought the car,

it is believed to only have 43,XXX miles on the car. Last reported mileage was 43,XXX a few months before being sold to me.

Yes it would, that was one of the things I was considering when I bought the car. Sadly time and the lack of extra play money prevented it.

I will edit my first post to include this.

I should have been very clear on sale terms

Not meaning to sound grumpy but I've had a few strange emails. First cash in hand gets the car, simple as that.

the smell isnt bad at all. The car sat in my garage with the doors open for several months. The only thing one would notice now would be a wet carpet smell and it is a very weak one at that.
