One of my recent detail jobs on a Mazda MX6 with terribly faded paint is now featured on autogeek! They contacted me and wanted to use the pictures and what my process was, so check it out!

wow man that difference was crazy!! see how the plastics on the sides looked faded and dagy well i have that going on with my325e. we have this stuff in australia called armourall, its like a plastics/leather/dash protector/reviterlizor. its about the best thing iv found so far but its an extremely short lived fix. i see the guys around here talking about olive oil or back to black. this the way to go?

We have Armor All here too and you really don't want to put that on your dash, etc. For one thing, it's leaves a really shiny finish and more importantly, it will cause things to dry and crack in the long run with repeated usage.

true? they say on the bottle thats where to put it. what do you use? i have the mtech spoiler that has that black rubber section. now you mention it i use the armour all on that alot and its always dried out.

Armor All generally sucks, there are much better options out there. Check out Aerospace 303.

What Ryan328i said. Aerospace 303 Protectant is awesome.

I also use Sonus Cockpit Detailer on the interior. Meguiar's protectants are decent too.

+1.

Also, for the Autogeek writeup: you should have them show the same side of the car. I had a suspicious feeling upon first sight.

Nice review.

It is open for anyone to summit a review though, just go to autogeekonline and there is a thread about it...
