OK, do not eat them...

Sorry, I just had to...

I always filled them in with touch up paint. If the depression is deep enough, it takes several coats. I have had to thin the paint from time to time. I have also had to thicken it by leaving the bottle in the sun with the cap off.

Does that help at all?

http://www.paintscratch.com/ (http://www.paintscratch.com/)You can order paint specifically matched to the car.

I haven't ordered any yet, but a good friend of mine has used them for paint for his beautiful metallic green Volvo 944T.

affirmative. they are about $15 i believe. It's not a lot of paint, about a gluestick size bottle with a tube of clear coat the same size. i've used it with decent results.

I bought my touch up paint from Paint Scratch because I bought some aerosols at the same time. BMW tubes should match well enough for chips if you car hasn't been painted too many times. You'll have enough stuff to do touch up on every car you own for the rest of your life, or go into business.
