Hey is it posible to change the AE color whit out replaceing em?
Like on the e39 where u just replace the blubs..

Depends, I think if they are the LED style then yes, you can. But if they are CCFL then no, you would have to replace the AEs themselves.

Kinda hard to tell from the pic but it looks like they are the LED type angel eyes by the silver thing at the top of the rings, if I am seeing it correctly. I did a quick search and it sounds like Inpro's are available as a package with LED angel eyes. Open the high beam cover and take a peek inside to see if there's a ballast inside (looks like a little black rectangular box). If there is they are CCFLs.

As long as they aren't blue or red, they aren't illegal.

So many things are illegal here. here u cant drop it to the floor or tint all the way around, engine swap is only legal until 20% otherwise u gotta rereg. no lights under the car, rims must be inside the body and so on. if the law had anything so say here all cars where stock :rolleyes
