I don't even know where you begin with this car. I bought it back in early 2002 w/ 4K miles from Jack Daniels Audi in NJ. It was the head sales manager's car for 10months before selling it to me. I've babied this car from day one, and have EVERY SINGLE DOCUMENTATION for every mod, upgrade, service done to this car EVER. This car was CPO'd up to 100K so every little thing was brought back to the dealer up until then.

This car was NEVER in an accident, and has every original body panel...w/ the exception of the S4 bumper when I upgraded.

I've done the timing belt twice....once @ 60K, and the other at 121K. Clutch was replaced at 120K miles. I'm going to try and list the mods, but I can guarantee you I'm probably missing some things in the list.

137K miles (all highway obviously. Car seriously runs like the day I bought it). No CELs at all....everything has been maintained and receipts show all records.

I'm asking $12K for everything. I really don't want to part out since I don't want to have to deal w/ disassembling/reassembling. Again this is just a feeler, and just want a newer car since I drive so much. Not in a rush to sell.

Btw I tallied/itemized up all the upgrades done, and so far I've spent around $10K. That is not a high-balled figure either....I priced it according to what I actually spent on them. So if you think about it, the kbb value is roughly around $10-11K in excellent condition (which it is).....and you're basically paying $1-2K extra for about $10K in mods. I think this a sweet deal. Actually I think I just convinced myself that I'm an idiot to even be selling this car. lol.
