120000 miles, needs new top..runs good..leather seats in good condition...wants 2k...no rust...automatic..is this a good buy? thanks

A new top won't be cheap.. With that price seems fair to me..

Price sounds decent depending on whatever else it might need. Harder to sell verts in the winter, might be able to get it for a tad less; but that's not a bad deal as is.
