Meanwhile the law just stuck it to the people in central or southern VA that couldn't afford it. Great idea, guys! Now they won't pay their tickets, they'll lose their licenses, drive around uninsured and cause mass chaos!!! Awesome!

I heard that now you'll have to pay your registration fee at the DMV, rather than the dealer, though. Mandatory DMV trips whenever you buy a car. :rolleyes:

If she is single, and can't speak english, I'll take her. I find it better to not be able to communicate with them.
