I've got a buyer's question for ya. Looking at this ad online: http://www.euroltd.com/cgi-script/csArticles/articles/000006/000681.htm (http://www.euroltd.com/cgi-script/csArticles/articles/000006/000681.htm)

They're asking $14,9xx for this. It's got the S52 motor, transmission, and euro differential. M body kit and sport interior. Body has 140k miles. Drivetrain has 47K miles. 3 owners, sunroof and cruise deletes. What do you think? Is it a good buy or are they asking too much money? They're very willing to add components like cruise, heated seats, and others at their facility if I want them. But as it sits, do you think this car is worth almost $15K. I need some experienced ti to M3 swamp opinions here. thanks

dude 15 grand for that?

you can find a e36 m3 with forced induction on it for that price.

i would NOT pay that much for that car. yes it is nice, but a Ti with that swap isnt worth THAT much. You could pick up a Ti for 5-7grand and do a swap for 3 grand yourself

+1. Around 8K in my 332ti conversion. Bought mine way cheaper with a blown M44. Paid more for good M3 parts as a result. I waited around for the exact car I wanted though.(Silver ///M Sport package, 5-speed, Cali roof, OEM spoiler, Black Sport Interior). I'm sure I paid too much for it, but again ~8K isn't even going to touch a decent M3 (which I can now outrun...)

If your skilled and patient enough it can be done.
