I have a 1995 Arctic Grey Metallic 325is that I would like to trade for a 5er, as the time has come for me to move to 4 doors. It has 212k, and the motor was replaced at 180k.

5spd, sunroof, sport package, black leather heated seats, 18 button obc, factory alarm, 16" BMW wheels, eclipse CD, AC Schnitzer dead pedal, cold AC.

I'm looking for an E28 535is, E34 525 (M50), 535, 530, 540, or E39 528. Must be manual and have working AC. Would consider my car + cash for the right car as well.
