My 97 528i is for sale. The car currently has 142,800 miles. You can see from the pics that it is very clean. Especially the leather interior: I really can't believe the shape that it's in, a 10 out of 10. It's got the cold weather package: heated seats, steering wheel, mirrors and headlight washers. Pretty rare on a 528i. With the clean silver on black look and new style headlights, it turns heads on the street. Love the clear corners, tails and side markers. The new style front bumper and shark fin antenna complete the exterior facelift and make the car look like a 02 model. Previous owner had upgraded 540i front struts and rear shocks put in less than 10000 miles ago. Whole suspension inspected at the same time. New front brake rotors, front and rear pads. Carbon fiber wheel emblems. In my 2 months or so of owning it, car has run perfectly. Starts up smooth no matter how cold the weather is. The only thing that went wrong was the resistor burned out for the heater motor. I already bought the resistor and will have it installed as soon as it arrives. If you look closely in the pics, you'll notice missing foglights and a headlight trim. Not to worry the trim will be glued on and new foglights are on the way. Only issues left: couple of minor scratches on fenders, some marks on the rear bumper, faded hood emblem, rear driver side window doesn't open (used window motor can be found for about $50), broken front cupholders ($40), loose driver seat black plastic cover - all power seat functions work fine ($25), missing metal cd fastener bracket ($20).
